Helexia used IOT technology to sensor various equipment, enabling real time monitoring of the hotels' actual consumption, with associated alarm statistics. All this work will enable the issuance of periodic energy performance reports, which will be important for the evaluation of energy efficiency opportunities.
Also within this context, audits and the issuance of energy certificates will be carried out, as well as work towards ISO 50001:2015 certification for the hotels.

The Lumiares, a boutique hotel and spa in the heart of Lisbon's Bairro Alto area, with apartment-style rooms, hosts Lumi Rooftop, the top floor restaurant and bar, open all day. On the first floor is The Rebel Café, a contemporary coffee-house concept with handcrafted ice cream.
