Main responsibilities
Leading the design, planning, execution and closure of projects, ensuring that objectives are achieved in compliance with all HSS regulations and established quality standards.
Supervising and guiding cross-functional teams, including allocating resources, setting targets and evaluating performance.
Developing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and identifying the resources needed for projects to run smoothly.
Identifying and managing risks and ensuring compliance with HSS and quality standards.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders (internal and external), providing regular progress reports on the status and critical issues of each project.
Evaluate and manage project scope changes, ensuring that they are documented, approved and implemented effectively.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience in advanced project management methodologies such as PMI (Project Management Institute), or other similar recognized frameworks.
Identifying opportunities to improve project management processes and implementing more effective practices and tools. Ensuring compliance with its activities, in accordance with the procedures defined within the scope of the QMS, in order to contribute to compliance with the policy and to improving the company's performance.
Tasks
Coordination and planning of project implementation
Coordination of project teams
Coordination of project licensing and commissioning processes
Accompanying and supporting the Commercial and Development teams in preparing feasibility analyses, sizing and budgets
Creation, adoption and reporting of KPI's to monitor projects in the implementation and operation phase
Collaborate internally in procurement processes
Supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments in defining their approach to the market
Preparation of periodic activity monitoring reports
Definition and monitoring of Operation and Maintenance processes - Coordination and planning of project execution.
Qualifications
Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or other relevant subject
Professional experience +10 years in project management, experience in photovoltaic projects preferred.
Certification and proven experience in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
