To join the PV & EVC Operations Team of Helexia Portugal, we are looking for:

SITE MANAGER – PHOTOVOLTAIC

The Site Manager – Photovoltaic is responsible for coordinate and plan the implementation of PV projects, nationally wide. He assures the Operational management of projects underway and in operation, monitoring and supervise the works and teams involved in the Construction and Operation and Maintenance of projects. Coordinates the sizing of facilities and carries out deployment layouts. Supports the development of a Photovoltaic Project Management structure and procedures, within technical support of the Commercial team in defining and planning projects. Above all, collaborates in the adoption of strategies that lead Helexia to increasingly be the benchmark player in the market.

Main responsabilities

Coordination and planning of project implementation
Coordination of project licensing and commissioning processes
Monitoring and support of the Commercial and Development teams in the preparation of feasibility analysis,
dimensioning and budgets
Creation, adoption and reporting of project monitoring KPIs in the implementation and operation phase
Collaborate internally in Procurement processes
Support to the Commercial and Marketing Departments in defining the approach to the market
Preparation of periodic activity monitoring reports
Definition and monitoring of Operation and Maintenance processes

Skills we value

Degree in electrotechnical engineering with mandatory record on the Portuguese Engineer’s Chamber
5+ years’ experience in management of photovoltaic projects in decentralized production, with effective background
monitoring and supervising projects in operation
Excellent relational sense, ability to listen, to negotiate and to be curious
Accurate monitoring of dossiers, organizational and writing skills (reports, planning,)
Mastery of design tools, simulation and sizing of PV projects (ACAD, PVSYST etc…)
Domain of office tools and Knowledge in CRM tools
Proactive and strong initiative profile
Analytical, planning and organizational skills
Strong customer and results orientation
Creativity and ease of adapting to new scenarios
Fluency in English, spoken and written (required), French is a plus
