Main Responsibilities
Ability to articulate program offerings and identify potential energy efficiency improvements for customers
Collaborate with customers and business partners to obtain necessary project documentation
Perform electrical energy assessments (walk-throughs)
Develop and manage pipeline of energy efficiency projects
Perform pre- and post-installation inspections for validation purposes as needed
Generate contacts from customer inquiries, customer meetings, industry events knowledge of new construction in a given territory, and other outreach practices
Collaborate with internal management, operations and engineering teams to provide a customer-centric experience
Engage appropriate trade groups and associations
Coordinate with operations and project coordination staff to populate the internal database in order to provide accurate project forecasts/market knowledge
Maintain a positive, mutually beneficial and lasting business relationship with companies, professional groups and industry stakeholders in support of Ewen and Helexia's overall energy efficiency objectives
Education
Bachelor's degree in Energy, Environment, Engineering or other related field

Willingness to participate in energy efficiency and sustainability projects
Solution oriented problem solving skills
Ability to learn industry practices, techniques and standards in the field of energy efficiency
Proven ability to establish and maintain a professional relationship with market stakeholders, customers and business allies
Motivation, excellent problem solving skills and proven decision-making ability
Strong customer and results orientation
Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or other CRM programs (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)
Fluent in English, spoken and written (mandatory), French is an advantage.
Availability to travel professionally throughout the country and abroad for short periods of time
Experience
1 to 3 years of professional experience in sales, energy, and/or electrical company positions
